Work with internal departments concerning specific contract questions, issues, and problems.Ensures internal contractual compliance with the terms and conditions of contracts and compliance with designated management objectives.Assist with the Administration/management of the entire life cycle of various prime contract and subcontract types from proposal negotiations to contract modifications through contract close-out.Assist management / sales / supply chain with the preparation of pre-and post-award client transactions, including subcontracts, consultant agreements, materials and other backup documentation required for both internal and external audits.Assist supply chain with the preparation of pre-and post -award RFPs for procurement transactions, including subcontracts, consultant agreements, materials and other backup documentation required for both internal and external audits. Assist with the review and negotiation of Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements received from external prime contract teaming partners in accordance with company policies, legal requirements.Prepare and negotiate Agreements consistent with company policies, legal requirements, supply chain and required flow downs.Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with Saudi laws and regulations.Create regular status reports regarding progress on projects.Attend meetings to assess progress on projects which are in motion, and take detailed notes to share with stakeholders.Negotiate contract terms while ensuring that projects remain within the management vision.Write contract letters and other communications and notices.and determine whether they seem reasonable and accurate. Review contract estimates, including proposed materials, production costs, etc.Develop contract proposals to support organizational goals.He/She is charged with ensuring that both parties are complicit with the terms of the contract, as well as ensuring that all contracts abide by local and federal laws. Candidate will assist in performing a variety of contracting functions, including, but not limited to reviewing purchase requisitions for supplies/clients and/or services for accuracy, adequacy and conformance with established policies and procedures, contract award review, set up and administration (inclusive of the administration/negotiation of other various types of agreements such as subcontract/consulting agreements, etc.) through contract closeout. This position requires an understanding of, and some experience with, all phases of contract administration.
